Before you buy.
Does Nocturne solve captchas?
Yes. NoneCap is integrated and verified by the developer, including the enterprise captcha used for server joins. AnySolver and CaptchaHeaven are also supported by their documented APIs. You bring your own captcha balance.
Can I target any server?
Any server you can join with the accounts you load. Private servers, verification gates and screening rules still apply. Nocturne handles the normal join flow, onboarding and screening.
How many DMs can I send per day?
The website shows planning estimates: about 1,000 on Lite, 5,000 on Standard and 25,000 on Enterprise. These are not enforced caps. Real reach depends on account age, proxies, message quality and platform limits.
Do I need to keep the app open?
Yes. Campaigns and the presence keeper run inside the desktop app. If you close it, sending stops. Campaign state is saved, so you can resume where it left off.
Can I import accounts I already have?
Yes. Paste tokens or load a text file. Nocturne deduplicates them, checks health and shows which accounts are ready. There is no need to create new accounts.
Can I use my own messages, embeds and attachments?
Yes on Standard and Enterprise. Lite supports one plain message variation. Standard adds variables, spins, embeds, attachments and three variations. Enterprise removes the variation limit.
Does it have AI?
On Enterprise. AI can draft messages, draft replies, detect staff roles and match follow-ups. Lite and Standard do not include AI features.
What happens if an account gets locked?
Nocturne marks the token as locked and shows the reason. It is removed from the campaign so it cannot keep failing. You can inspect it, replace it, and retry when the account is healthy again.
How does the trial work?
Request a trial from the site. We review it manually and email a key. The timer starts on the first activation, not on approval. Each trial is one device, has no source access and cannot be upgraded.
Can I move my licence to a new PC?
Yes. Each tier has a device limit. Deactivate the old machine in the app, then activate the new one with the same key.
How does the Upgrade Pass work?
Add it for $29 at checkout. Your purchase price plus the $29 becomes credit toward one future upgrade, so moving up a tier costs only the difference. Without it, an upgrade costs the full target price.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once for a licence. The checker shows whether your key is lifetime or has an expiry date, and how many devices it allows.
Why crypto only?
At launch we accept crypto through NowPayments. Card payments may follow later. Your licence key arrives as soon as the payment confirms.
Does any of my data leave my machine?
Accounts, campaigns, messages and logs stay local. The app contacts the licence server to activate and validate your key, and only talks to the proxies, captcha and AI providers you configure.
What if a platform update breaks something?
Nocturne is actively maintained, but no tool can guarantee it will work after every platform change. Updates are included for the period stated at purchase. Enterprise includes lifetime updates and source access.
What is the refund policy?
Licences are delivered digitally and activate immediately. Used keys are non-refundable. If a key cannot be activated because of a defect on our side, contact support and we will fix or replace it. The full policy is on the Refund page.
How do I get support?
