1. Licence
Buying Nocturne gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software on the number of devices your tier allows. The licence is perpetual unless the checker shows an expiry date.
2. Acceptable use
You are responsible for how you use Nocturne, including complying with the terms of any third-party service you automate and with the laws that apply to you. Nocturne is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any third-party platform.
3. Source code (Enterprise)
Enterprise licences include access to the source code for your own internal use and modification. You may not redistribute, resell or publish the source code or builds made from it.
4. Revocation
We may revoke a licence that was obtained fraudulently, charged back, shared publicly or used in breach of these terms.
5. Trials
A trial is a free, time-limited licence that we grant at our discretion and may decline without giving a reason. It works on one device, can't be upgraded, never includes source code, and its countdown starts the first time you activate the key. We may revoke a trial that is misused or shared. One trial per person.
6. Warranty
The software is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
